- For hot foods:

Pre-warm your jar by filling it with freshly boiled water and letting it sit for about 5 minutes. Tip the water out, dry and add your HOT food straight away, and seal the lid immediately to lock in the heat.

Top tip: Avoid storing your hot food jar inside an insulated lunch bag with an ice pack - it’ll cool your food down faster than you’d like.

- For cold foods:

Chill the jar first by adding ice water for 5–10 minutes. Empty it out, fill with your cold food, pack it nice and full, and close the lid ASAP to keep things cool.
