Founded by Californian climber and surfer, Yvon Chouinard, Patagonia was born as a spin-off of Chouinard Equipment, a small shop near the Rincon surf breaks in California, who were known for making some of the world’s best climbing gear. The brand has since evolved into an outdoor clothing and equipment company, providing clothes for the ‘silent sports’ such as climbing, surfing, skiing and snowboarding and using specialised fabrications and technologies.

This long-sleeved surf top is made from light and fast-drying 85% recycled polyester/15% spandex stretch jersey with 40+ UPF sun protection. It offers excellent protection from sun and wind, and next-to-skin comfort while paddling. Made in a Fair Trade Certified factory.
