Shriro Australia, the exclusive distributor of Casio Timepiece products in Australia provides a 2 year conditional replacement warranty from the date of original purchase. In order to avoid disappointment, Shriro recommends all customers keep the original receipt on file for future reference.

Statement Of Standard Warranty Conditions:

All goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australia consumer Law. The customer is entitled to a replacement for a major failure and for compensation of any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. The customer is also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

What is covered?

For a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, Shriro will gladly replace the customer’s product with the same or similar product provided a defect in material and/or workmanship verified by our Customer Service team.
For models sold with approximate 10 years battery life, Shriro or it's authorised service centres will replace the battery at no cost. However, cost of any fitting and pressure testing is at the owner's expense.

What is NOT covered?

1. Accidental damage or fair wear and tear (i.e of case and band)
2. Any failure caused by the product not being used in accordance with instructions
3. Failure caused the improper repair or adjustments by anyone other than Shriro or its authorised repair centres
4. Fitting costs of approximate 10 year batteries

- If swallowed or inserted inside any part of the body, medical attention should be sought IMMEDIATELY as batteries can cause severe or fatal injuries in less than two hours.

- Regularly examine products and make sure the compartment that houses the button battery is child-resistant.

- Keep new and used button batteries out of sight and out of reach of young children at all times.

- Keep spare batteries locked away where it is difficult for children to reach them.

- Old or spent batteries can still pose a threat, so safely dispose of them immediately.

- Never allow children to replace batteries on any device.
