Founded by Californian climber and surfer, Yvon Chouinard, Patagonia was born as a spin-off of Chouinard Equipment, a small shop near the Rincon surf breaks in California, who were known for making some of the world’s best climbing gear.

This warm, Better Sweater 1/4-Zip Fleece combines a sweater-knit aesthetic with the easy care of Better Sweater fleece. It’s dyed with a low-impact process that reduces the use of dyestuffs, energy and water compared to conventional heather dyeing methods.




Length: 69cm (size medium). Our model is 189.2cm (6’2.5”) tall with a 96.5cm (38”) chest and a 81.3cm (32”) waist.
