Dresses lips in impeccable matte color with up to 10 hours of wear and up to 10 hours of a hydrating feeling. The 67% care-base formula delivers a comfortable, second-skin fit.

How to use:
Start at the center of the upper lip, using the tip of the bullet to shape the cupid's bow and working toward the corners. For the lower lip, apply from the corners toward the center using the edges of the bullet.
