Founded by Californian climber and surfer, Yvon Chouinard, Patagonia was born as a spin-off of Chouinard Equipment, a small shop near the Rincon surf breaks in California, who were known for making some of the world’s best climbing gear. The brand has since evolved into an outdoor clothing and equipment company, providing clothes for the ‘silent sports’ such as climbing, surfing, skiing and snowboarding and using specialised fabrications and technologies.

Made of 100% recycled polyester fleece, this parka is made for desert living, nights by the campfire and bird-watching walks aplenty. Knee-length for warmth and binding at the hood to hold it all in, it's a piece for dry, yet cold weather. Made in a Fair Trade Certified factory.
