Developed with Dermatologists, Shark CryoGlow Face Mask is a skin-firming and acne-reducing LED mask with clinically tested results.

What it does?
The only mask to date that combines high-energy LEDs, deep-penetrating infrared light with soothing under-eye cooling technology helps tighten under-eyes, improve fine lines and rejuvenate skin.

How to use:
- Start with a clean, dry face.
- Put on mask and adjust straps for comfort.
- Turn on the mask by pressing and holding the remote's center dial down for a few seconds.
- Select a treatment and press Start.
- Adjust InstaChill with the remote's chill button.
- After the session is completed, remove the mask. It will power down automatically.
- Finally, clean the mask with a cloth slightly dampened with water.

Who's it for
The Cryoglow mask was developed and tested across different skin types and colours. The product is included in the ARTG and has been tested to be safe and effective in reducing fine lines and acne. Please refer to warnings and contraindication on packaging and in user guide. However, please note that results vary based on different skin types and conditions.

What is the depth of each wavelength?

Cryoglow uses a specifically designed tri-wick LED technology which accurately produces light at the following wavelengths (approximate): Blue 415nm, Red 630nm, Infrared 830nm.

How many lights does Cryoglow have?

In total, Cryoglow has 480 light sources, or 160 tri-wick LEDS which emit lights in the red, blue and infrared wavelengths. In every treatment mode, all 160 tri-wicks are activated, giving full face coverage without gaps.

Is this safe for all ages and genders

Yes, Cryoglow is safe for all adults (18+) and genders. Please refer to warnings and contraindications on packaging and in user guide before using Cryoglow.

How does red light therapy work

Red light therapy uses photo biomodulation to help reduce the signs of ageing, this sounds complicated but it's not! When light is emitted from the mask it travels in photons which carry energy. Due to their wavelength, red light photons are absorbed in the dermis layer of the skin helping to produce more collagen in the dermis. More collagen will help the skin appear plump and firm, thereby reducing appearance of fine lines.

What makes Cryoglow different from other LED masks?

Many things set Cryoglow apart from others on the market! Cryoglow is the only LED mask to date in the Australia and New Zealand to have under-eye cooling technology to help tighten and soothe under-eyes in just one session. Also, it’s unique design of 160 tri-wicks LEDs means you always get full coverage without gaps or hotspots, unlike other LED masks in the market.

How many times a day should I use it

The LED programs in the mask were specifically designed for the correct dose for a single LED treatment, daily. However, Under Eye Revive Treatment mode can be used multiple times a day.

Does CryoGlow have a timer?

Yes! Each LED treatment mode runs for a different amount of time, either 4, 6 or 8 minutes. The remote will display a countdown timer, and the LEDs and/or Under-Eye Cooling will automatically shut off at the end of your session. If cooling was in use, fans will continue to run for 60 seconds after the end of the session.

How do I charge CryoGlow?

The facial mask should be charged with the provided USB-C cable & charging plug. The use of another USB-C cable and charging plug will void your warranty of the Cryoglow. Can I open my eyes when using CryoGlow? Yes, the intensity of the LEDs is safe for eyes (tested to recognised safety standards and are compliant with such requirements). This mask also includes the auto-dim and eye shielding features for user comfort. It's fine to have your eyes open or closed while using the facial mask, whatever feels more comfortable - it won't affect the performance of the mask. Do not stare at the light source.

Is it safe for all skin tones even the lightest and deepest tones?

Yes, LEDs and under-eye cooling are safe to use across various skin tones. Please refer to the User Guide for a comprehensive list of medical conditions for which Cryoglowshould not be used.
