Delivering a romantic blur of soft-focus colour, this weightless moisture matte lipstick was developed to replicate a backstage technique: blending out edges of matte lipstick for a hazy effect. Its groundbreaking formula contains moisture coated powder pigments that condition and hydrate lips.
