Newgate Lemur Alarm Clock A mid-century modern alarm clock with an emphasis on the modern. This space-age design blends a contemporary cream face and bamboo case with a retro-inspired dial and simplified numerals.

Bamboo is highly renewable. Raw bamboo is converted, using the most fascinating process, into the solid blocks that we then turn into clock cases. Can you believe some species of bamboo grow up to an inch per hour! 

Known as ‘silent sweep’ in the industry, the hands move in a constant sweeping motion rather than a stepped tick. So you won’t hear any ticking but if your hearing is particularly sensitive in a completely silent room you may hear a very quiet whirring.
