What it does
Helps shape and define brows with a retractable, twist-up precision tip to create natural hair-like strokes. Gliding on effortlessly with maximum control, 12-hour wear, Smudge-proof & Humidity-resistant.

How to use
Use the pencil tip to create small strokes filling in any sparse areas. Then, use the spoolie to brush through the brow and blend. The pencil ultra-fine tip is fragile; twist only as far as needed.
