How to use
For a mistake-proof application, use the doe-foot applicator to apply 1-2 dots on each cheekbone. Using your fingertips, gently blend it into your skin. Build for more shimmer effect. Apply on eye lids for a shimmer gaze or as a first coat before applying your favorite shade of Eye Tint. For a more airbrushed shimmer finish, use a generous blush brush to diffuse the liquid highlighter.
