How To Use

1. Turn On/Off - Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on (starts in Red Light).
2.Press and hold again for 3 seconds to turn off.
3. Switch LED Light Therapy Modes Press the power button once to cycle through settings:
- Setting 1: Red Light Therapy
- Setting 2: Yellow Light Therapy
- Setting 3: Blue Light TherapyActivate/Deactivate Gentle Massage Mode
