What it does?
Offers perfectly custom volume, building up to eight times the volume of natural lashes for made-to-measure eye looks. The curvy wand reveals a powerful brush whose 1000 bristles glide between lashes and separate them, while the formula, enriched with Provitamin B5, protects and reinforces lashes, leaving them soft and supple.

How to use:
Apply Cils Booster eyelash primer from roots to tips on upper and lower lashes. Before it dries, apply Hypnose in a zig-zag movement to catch all lashes on the lash fringe. Finish with Brow Define Eyebrow Pencil for defined brows.
