This coveted sheer illuminating liquid can be used under, over, or mixed with your foundation for a dewy, lit-from-within glow.

Application techniques:
Apply highlighter makeup with the blender brush to wear alone or mixed with foundation for a boost of radiance and colour. Use on top of foundation for added highlighting and contouring.

How to use
