Founded by Californian climber and surfer, Yvon Chouinard, Patagonia was born as a spin-off of Chouinard Equipment, a small shop near the Rincon surf breaks in California, who were known for making some of the world’s best climbing gear. The perfect warmth for just about everything, Down Sweater Jacket is lightweight and windproof with a shell made of NetPlus® 100% postconsumer recycled nylon ripstop.

- NetPlus® postconsumer recycled nylon ripstop made from recycled fishing nets to help reduce ocean plastic pollution; with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without intentionally added PFAS
- Additional loft provides even more warmth from 800-fill-power 100% Responsible Down Standard down certified by Control Union (CU 880272); the quilting is patterned for warmth and movement
- Centre-front zipper has an interior storm flap, and a zipper garage at the chin offers next-to-skin comfort
- Twin on-seam handwarmer pockets with invisible zippers, one interior zippered chest pocket converts to a stuffsack with a carabiner clip-in loop
- Comfortable nylon-bound elastic cuffs seal in warmth, and the hem adjusts with a cord lock
- Includes a repair patch to use for quick fixes on the go
