Ideal for humid climates and oily skin. This fine tip retractable pencil with blending brush is perfect to fill in the gaps, enhance density and lengthen tails to create fuller brows. Complete the look by outlining the brow for a defined elegance and profile.
How to use
Perfect for defining the brows, filling in any gaps, holes and scars, it is water resistant for humid climates and oily skin. Apply Garbo & Kelly Brow Powder or Pomade using our Brow Guide. Then follow with the retractable Brow Perfection Pencil to Define your look by tracing a fine line along the bottom line of the brow and enhance the tail. Set to finish with Garbo & Kelly brow gel.
