What is it?

A calming blend of Australian grown lavender and wheat combine in this endota hand-crafted, restorative heat pillow.

What it does

Place over tense muscles to soothe and unwind.
Can be used warm or cold.

How to use

When using cold: Ensure the pillow has been in the freezer for at least 30 minutes prior to use.

When using warm: Place the pillow in the centre of the microwave. Make sure the pillow is flat for even heating. Refer to heating chart below.

- 1000 watts / 2:30 mins
