The "free” discount is only applied to one item at the time your order was placed. The discount may be removed depending on the following situations.
If you purchased 3 items from this offer in one transaction:
If you decide to return an item, the "free" discount becomes void and you will be charged the full price of the item you decide to keep. This is with the exception of size exchanges and faulty items.
If you purchased 4 or more items from this offer in one transaction:
If you decide to return the discounted item, the "free" discount will not be applied to any other item and you will be charged the full price of all items that you decide to keep.
If you decide to return one full priced item, the price of your discounted item will not be changed. You will be able to request an exchange, refund or 110% store credit (depending on your original payment method) for the full priced item returned.
If you return all full priced items and keep the discounted item, the "free" discount becomes void and you will be charged the full price of the item you decide to keep.
If you return an item for a size exchange (subject to availability), the above conditions do not apply.
