We’ll express-deliver presents that are ready to delight in a festive drawstring bag designed in-house by our creative team, along with a matching greeting card. If an item is larger than our gift bags, we will whip it up in THE ICONIC branded boxes complete with matching tissue paper. As usual, your gifts will be shipped to your nominated address within our standard shipping satchels for added protection. If the item size exceeds THE ICONIC gift box, our friendly Customer Service team will contact you and refund your fee.
At this stage, items eligible for gift-wrapping must be shipped from THE ICONIC Fulfilment Centre (and not by our Partners). Individual items must also meet the size requirements for the gift bags and boxes (45x35x15cm). Excludes THE ICONIC Outlet. If you place an order that cannot be gift-wrapped, we will notify you prior to shipping.
Depending on the size of each individual item, your order may be wrapped in one or multiple bags. As usual, each item will be wrapped in a clear polybag for added protection. To get multiple items in your order gift-wrapped separately for different people, it's best to place separate orders.
This year we’re exclusively offering gift wrapping on Express deliveries. These deliveries are prioritised in our carrier network to reach you and your lucky recipient sooner. Please note: while we’re unable to guarantee delivery on an exact date we provide up-to-date ETAs at checkout. We’ll keep you updated on your delivery status so keep an eye on your inbox.
We have a small window in which we can update the recipient details on your order. Please reach out to our Customer Service team via Live Chat as soon as possible so they can check and amend this for you. Please note: if you have received a shipping notification, we are unable to amend the recipient’s name.
You’ll receive a matching festive card designed by our in-house creative team with a greeting message printed inside. If we are delivering your order directly to your lucky giftee, we can include their name on the greeting card too, as requested in the ‘deliver to’ section at checkout.
There is one design for gift wrapping in the form of a festive gift bag and matching card. The majority of the gifts will be packed in drawstring gift bags while larger items will be sent out in THE ICONIC branded boxes. If the item size exceeds even THE ICONIC gift box, a refund will be issued.
Due to security reasons, we’re unable to access the senders account on their behalf. To return your gift, please get in touch with the gifter in order to organise the return on their account. They will be able to provide you with THE ICONIC pre-paid return label so you can send it back to us for free!
Some of our items come with the price tag attached and this cannot be removed prior to gift-wrapping as it’s used to validate whether a return is eligible. If you need to return or exchange, please keep the tags on.
